This agreement is provided by Shenzhen Shimi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and applies to the auto-renewal services of all mobile applications under the Company, including but not limited to Hooroo APP, Motion Browser APP, and other related apps (hereinafter referred to as "the related APPs").
1.Membership Service Purchase Types
Membership service purchase types include one-time purchases (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) and automatic renewal (Such as continuous monthly subscription, continuous quarterly subscription, continuous yearly subscription, etc.).
• One-time Purchase: Membership services cannot be used after the service period ends.
• Automatic Renewal: Funds will be automatically deducted from the payment method linked at the time of initial purchase one day before the expiration date. Successful deduction will extend the service period; failure will terminate the membership service. To cancel automatic renewal, please do so one day before the deduction.
• Permanent Membership: Obtains unlimited membership rights. After purchase, it will override other types of memberships. If there is any un-cancelled auto-renewal service, payments may continue to be deducted. Users should confirm cancellation by themselves.
2.Membership Service Purchase Discounts
Membership services may offer promotional discounts based on operational strategies:
• Free Trial: Free membership service for a trial period, with the number of trial days as shown in the membership center at the time of purchase. For automatic renewal types, payment will be automatically deducted one day before the trial ends, extending the service period if successful. To cancel, please do so one day before the deduction.
• Discount Offer: Membership services can be purchased at a discounted price for a period, with the actual discount shown in the membership center at the time of purchase. For automatic renewal types, payments will be automatically deducted at the normal price one day before the promotional period ends, extending the service period if successful. To cancel, please do so one day before the deduction.
3.General Path to Cancel Automatic Renewal
WeChat Users: Log into the WeChat account used for payment > Click Me > PaymentsClick the three dots in the upper right corner > Payment Management > Automatic Deductions>**Find [related APP] membership auto-renewal** and click Close Service.
Alipay Users: Log into the Alipay account used for payment > Click Me > Settings > Payment Settings > No Password Payment/Automatic Deductions**>Find [related APP] membership auto-renewal** and click Close Service.
Google Play Users: To cancel an auto-renewal subscription on Google Play, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, select "Payments & Subscriptions," then tap "Subscriptions." Find the subscription, tap it, and choose "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
For iOS Users:
iOS 12: Go to Settings > Apple ID > iTunes Store & App StoreClick Apple IDSelect View Apple IDGo to Account SettingsClick Subscriptions**>Find [related APP] membership auto-renewal** and cancel.
iOS 13: In addition to the above, you can go directly to Settings > Apple IDClick Subscriptions**>Find [related APP] membership auto-renewal** and cancel.
4.Automatic Renewal Explanation After Changing Phone Systems
When you change phone systems (Android to Apple), the original automatic renewal method remains effective. Upon successful renewal, the membership service will be extended according to the signed period.
If you previously used WeChat or Alipay for automatic deductions on an Android phone, and you switch to an iPhone, we will still deduct the relevant fees via WeChat or Alipay according to the signed period and extend your membership service.
If you want to change to Apple subscription renewals, it is advisable to cancel in WeChat or Alipay first before repurchasing. Failing to cancel in WeChat or Alipay and directly initiating a purchase on an iPhone may result in double charges from both platforms, for which you will be responsible.
If you have subscribed to an auto-renewing membership on an Apple device and later switch to an Android device, Apple will continue to charge your account based on the subscription cycle and notify the related APP to extend your membership service. This may lead to situations where you are unable to continue using the related APP membership due to the suspension of your Apple account and unsuccessful renewal.
It is recommended to cancel the subscription on the iPhone first, then renew the membership service on the Android phone through WeChat or Alipay. Failing to cancel the subscription on Apple and directly initiating a purchase on Android may lead to double charges, for which you will be responsible.
5.Explanation of Changing Automatic Renewal Product Type
If you currently have a purchased automatic renewal product (e.g., "Continuous Monthly"), and you wish to purchase another automatic renewal product (e.g., "Continuous Yearly"):
• For Users Renewing via Apple Subscription: Fees will be deducted on the next billing date at the price of the new subscription product, changing the automatic renewal type.
• For Users Renewing via WeChat or Alipay: The fee for the new subscription product will be immediately deducted, changing the automatic renewal type; the membership validity will be extended.
6.Important Notes
Please regularly check the subscription status. Any fees incurred due to failure to cancel in time are the responsibility of the user.
The final interpretation of the membership service is owned by Shenzhen Shimi Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Agreement updates will be announced via the in-app notification or official website. Continued use will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.
