Welcome to register Shimi network technologyaccount and use Shimi network technology services!
(hereinafter referred to as "Shimi NetworkTechnology") hereby especially remind you (the user) before registering asa user, please carefully read the "User Service Agreement" (hereinafterreferred to as "the Agreement"), to ensure that you fully understandthe terms of the Agreement. The Agreement. Please be sure to read and fullyunderstand the contents of the terms, especially the terms of exemption orlimitation of liability. Unless you accept all of the terms and conditions ofthis Agreement, you are not authorized to register, log in or use the Services.Your registration, login, use and other behavior will be regarded as theacceptance of this Agreement, and agree to accept the terms of this Agreement.
I. Subject and Scope of Agreement
1.1Subjectof the Agreement*
1.1.1 This Agreement stipulates the rights andobligations between Shimi Network Technology and the User regarding theregistration of Shimi Network Technology user account and the use of ShimiNetwork Technology's services. The "User" refers to the individual,merchant or other subject who registers, logs in and uses the Services. ThisAgreement may be updated by Shimi Network Technology at any time, the updatedterms of the agreement once published that replaces the original terms of theagreement, without further notice, the user can review the latest version ofthe terms of the agreement on the website (www.10m.com.cn), the user continuesto use the services provided by the Shimi Network Technology will be deemed toaccept the revised agreement. If the user does not accept the modified terms,please stop using the product.
1.1.2 If the User is under 18 years of age, pleasebe sure to read this Agreement accompanied by parents and other legalguardians, and should obtain the prior consent of the User's parents and otherlegal guardians before engaging in any behavior such as registering, dating,gaming, placing an order, making a payment, etc., or using any of Shimi NetworkTechnology's other services.
1.2Coverage*
1.2.1 The contents of this Agreement include thebody of the Agreement and all the various rules that have been issued or may beissued in the future by Shimi Network Technology, and the documents indicatedby linked text in this Agreement are part of this Agreement. Once the appeal isformally released, it is an inseparable part of this agreement, and the usershould likewise comply with it.
1.2.2 Shimi network technology has the right tochange the content of the services provided at any time; the user will receiveShimi network technology on the service changes in the notice.
1.2.3 This Agreement does not involve legalrelationships and disputes between the User and other users (including merchants)arising from transactions on Motion Browser APP (the APP of Shimi Network Technology,hereinafter referred to as "Motion Browser" or"Platform"). The legal relationship and disputes arising from transactions on the Motion Browser. Users are responsible for paying allpaid service fees on the Motion Browser, and the Motion Browser onlyserves as a transaction location for placing orders and making payments.
1.2.4 This Agreement does not cover the legal relationships or disputes arising between users and other users (including merchants) due to transactions on the Motion Browser app. All fees for paid services incurred by users on the Motion Browser app are the user's responsibility, and Motion Browser only serves as the platform for placing orders and making payments.
2.1Contentsof the Services*
2.1.1 The specific content of the"Services" described in this Agreement shall be provided by ShimiNetwork Technology in accordance with the actual situation, including, but notlimited to, the User's use of Shimi Network Technology's user account to acceptthe Motion Browser related merchants, game manufacturers, and individualsto provide services, including the User's use of Shimi Network Technology'suser account to It also includes the situation where the user uses the useraccount to provide services to other merchants, game manufacturers, individualsor other subjects, and also includes the situation where the user uses the useraccount for instant messaging, adding friends, joining groups, followingothers, posting activities, participating in the same activities, receiving andsending red packets, receiving coupons, inviting games, interactiveentertainment, financial payments, advertisements, and so on. This Agreement will apply regardless of which of the above situations the Services fall under.
2.2Forms ofService*
Users who use the basic services of Shimi Network Technology need to download Shimi Network Technology's software Motion Browser APP. More value-added services need to purchase a smartwatch or a smartband. The user can only use these products and services for the purpose of accessing orusing the Service.
2.3ApplicablePlatforms*
This Agreement applies to the services provided byTenMeter Network Technology on various platforms or media such as web pages,mobile clients (including Android, IOS and any other mobile clients thatalready exist or will be added in the future). The user knows and understandsthat in order to enjoy the above services, the user must provide his/her ownInternet access equipment (e.g., cell phone, tablet, personal computer, orother equipment) and bear the costs associated with the use of the network andpayment for goods and services.
2.4Purchaseof Goods and/or Services
2.4.1 Confirmation of Order Information. When youpurchase goods or services on the Motion Browser, please be sure tocarefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size of thegoods purchased or the time, content, restrictive requirements and otherimportant matters of the services.
2.4.2 Transaction Order. Your purchasing behaviorshould be based on real consumer demand, and you shall not engage in maliciouspurchasing, malicious rights defense, or other behaviors that disrupt thenormal trading order of the Motion Browser. Based on the need to maintainthe Motion Browser transaction order and transaction security, TenMeterNetwork Technology has the right to take measures such as closing the relevanttransaction orders, restricting the use of account functions, suspending orterminating the service when it finds out the above situation without priornotice to you.
2.4.3 Establishment and Entry into Force ofContract. When you place an order through the Motion Browser, it only meansthat the system has received the order placed by you. The contract of salebetween you and the seller is established only if you pay the price; thecontract of sale between you and the seller takes effect only if your purchaseis successful.
2.4.4 Product Information. Unless otherwiseexpressly stated, the information related to the goods/services sold on theMotion Browser is created and uploaded by the Merchants themselves, andShimi Network Technology binds the Merchants to provide accurate, complete,reliable, valid, and free of errors and misleading descriptions of the goods asmuch as possible by signing cooperation agreements with the Merchants andpublishing the rules of the platform. However, you fully understand that thereis a huge amount of information on the Motion Browser, and because of thelimitations of Internet technology and human resources, Shimi Network Technologycannot guarantee that the information of all goods on the platform is accurate,complete, reliable, valid, free of errors and misleading. Except for theobvious fault of Shimi Network Technology, Shimi Network Technology shall notbe responsible for any disputes caused by commodity information.
2.4.5 Handling of abnormal orders. Shimi reservesthe right to limit the total number of individual products sold, to limit thenumber of products purchased by a single order and the number of similar productspurchased by the same IP address, as well as to take measures such asmonitoring and restricting abnormal orders and abnormal users. If Shimi NetworkTechnology discovers that the orders placed by you through Motion Browserare in violation of laws and regulations or the agreement, Shimi NetworkTechnology has the right to take measures such as closing the relevant orders,restricting the use of the account, suspending or terminating the service,etc., without prior notice to you.
2.4.6 Handling of Violations. If you use theMotion Browser in violation of national laws and regulations, thisAgreement, infringement of the interests of others, the interests of ShimiNetwork Technology or the interests of the public interest, and seriousviolations of social morality, Shimi Network Technology has the right to takemeasures such as blocking the relevant information, suspension or terminationof the provision of services and other processing measures.
2.4.7 Legal Liability. You understand and agree thatyou are legally responsible for any third party claims arising from yourviolation of this Agreement or the rules of Shimi Network Technology; if ShimiNetwork suffers any loss as a result, you shall also be compensated for it.
2.5Fee-basedServices*
2.5.1Motion Browser provides value-addedservices, including but not limited to emoticon services, gift services,announcement speeches and member services, the prices of such value-addedservices are all in meter coins and purchased by using meter coins, and thespecific pricing information will be determined by Shimi Network Technology atits sole discretion and displayed on the relevant service page.
2.5.2 The conversion ratio of MiBoins and RMB isdifferent according to the different channels of purchase by the user, and thespecific conversion ratio is subject to the display on the service page of therelevant channels of MiBoin purchase by the user. Shimi Network Technologyreserves the right to change the above exchange ratio at any time according tothe operation situation and will display it on the service page of the channelrelated to the user's purchase of MiCoins.
2.5.3 If the user has opened a MiCoin account bydefault, he/she can purchase and consume MiCoins. Users can check the balanceof MiCoins, purchase records and consumption records on the setting page.Information related to MiCoins will not be treated as public information.
2.5.4 Users can top up their MiMoney accountsthrough Alipay or other top-up channels provided by the Motion Browser.After purchasing the relevant fee-based services with Mi Bucks, users may giftthe relevant fee-based services to other users.
2.5.5 Upon confirmation by the User, once the MiCoins are successfully recharged, they cannot be exchanged for RMB or othercurrencies or transferred to others under any circumstances, except asexpressly provided by laws and regulations. Except as expressly provided bylaws and regulations, Shimi Network Technology will not refund the MiCoinsafter the account has been recharged. Shimi Network Technology will give theuser a clear reminder before use, only if the user confirms that he/she agreesto pay the fees in accordance with the aforementioned payment methods andcompletes the payment behavior, the user will be able to use the paid services.The completion of the payment behavior is subject to the bank or third-partypayment platform to generate "payment has been completed"confirmation notice.
2.5.6 Mi Coins can only be used to purchase variousvalue-added services on the Motion Browser, and under no circumstancesshall Mi Coins be traded with third parties other than Shimi NetworkTechnology, or traded on third-party platforms other than the Motion Browser (e.g., Taobao); Shimi Network Technology shall not be responsible forany damages incurred by the user or third parties in the event of a violationof the foregoing agreement, and If Shimi Network Technology has reason tosuspect that the user's MiCoin account or use of cheating or abnormalconditions, Shimi Network Technology will refuse to allow the user to useMiCoin to make payments until the relevant blocking measures are taken inaccordance with this Agreement.
2.5.7 Upon confirmation by the User, except asexpressly provided by laws and regulations or as otherwise agreed in thisAgreement, any fee-based services purchased by the User cannot be returned(i.e., refunded for MiCoins or legal tender) or exchanged for other servicesfor any reason.
2.6Deposit*
2.6.1 The Promoter may set a deposit for launchinga same-point activity. The deposit is mainly used for the purpose ofguaranteeing that the activity will be carried out properly as scheduled, andthe Motion Browser does not charge any fees.
2.6.2 Participants who have successfully registeredfor the activity will not be withdrawn by default, and the deposit will bereturned in the same way within 1-3 working days after signing in after normalparticipation in the activity. If the user withdraws early or fails toparticipate in the activity and sign in as agreed, the activity promoter hasthe right to file a complaint against the user, and the user's deposit will notbe refunded and will be divided equally among other participants who havesuccessfully participated in the activity within 1-3 working days.
2.6.3 If the user does not sign in successfullyafter participating in the activity as expected, he/she can contact theactivity initiator within 24 hours, and the initiator determines that the useris present and does not file a complaint, and the system will refund thedeposit within 1-3 working days.
2.6.4 The user fully understands and agrees thatonce the deposit is paid to complete the enrollment, the user is deemed tounderstand and agree with the rules, and if he/she voluntarily withdraws fromthe activity or fails to participate in the activity as agreed, the activityinitiator has the right to file a complaint against the user and the depositwill not be refunded. The User may not request the Platform to return thedeposit.
2.6.5 The user fully understands and agrees thatany force majeure factors such as war, natural disasters, government actions,Internet system failure, Internet communication provider failure or third partyreasons that cause the user can not normally participate in the activity andsign in, the user must take the initiative to contact the activity promoterwithin 24 hours after the start of the activity and negotiate, the activitypromoter will not complain, the deposit will be returned within 1-3 workingdays. The deposit will be returned within 1-3 working days. If the user missesthe negotiation time for the deposit for personal reasons or the negotiationwith the promoter is unsuccessful, the responsibility will be borne by theuser.
3.1AccountRegistration*
3.1.1 Users are required to register a Shimiaccount on the Motion Browser before using the Service. Shimi account using a cellphone number binding registration. Please use the user has not been tied to the Shimi account cell phone number, as well as has not been Shimi networktechnology in accordance with the Agreement blocked cell phone number to register Shimi account. Shimi Network Technology may change the way of account registration and binding according to the user's demand or product needs without prior notice to the user.
3.1.2 When the user registers and uses the service,Shimi Network Technology needs to collect personal information that canidentify the user so that Shimi Network Technology can contact the user whennecessary or provide the user with a better experience. The informationcollected by Shimi Network Technology includes, but is not limited to, theuser's avatar, name, gender, age, astrological sign, hometown, date of birth, identitycard number, address, school, company, industry, hobbies and interests,frequented places, personal description, Shimi Network Technology agrees thatthe use of this information will be subject to the following fourth point"protection of personal information about the user The use of suchinformation will be subject to the constraints of the following point 4"Protection of User's Personal Information".
3.1.3 "Motion Browser" is a proximity socialproduct based on geographic location, the user should authorize Shimi NetworkTechnology to disclose and use his/her geographic location information in orderto successfully register for a "Motion Browser" account when registering.Therefore, by completing the registration, the user agrees to the extraction,disclosure and use of the user's geographic location information by ShimiNetwork Technology. If the user needs to terminate the disclosure of his/hergeographic location information to other users, he/she can turn on the "NoDisturbance Mode" by himself/herself at any time.
3.1.4 Due to national laws and regulations,regulatory requirements and specific types of services (such as financialservices, etc.), the user may need to fill in the registration or use of suchservices in a particular link of real identity information, and need to passthe relevant verification process before you can use the service, such as theuser to fill in the identity of the information is incomplete, untrue, or didnot pass the validation, the user will lead to not be able to use the service,damage to their own, interests of others or other adverse consequences, suchconsequences will be borne by the user.
3.2RegistrationInstructions*
3.2.1 Users should follow the principle of goodfaith, lawful and good faith, to Shimi network technology to submit relevantregistration information, the relevant registration information should complywith the laws and regulations, the socialist system, the interests of thestate, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order and morals,the principle of truthfulness of the information should not be submitted to anyillegal or undesirable information, the relevant information, if any changes,the user should be updated in a timely manner. If the registration informationprovided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate or not updated in a timelymanner, thus leading to relevant legal liability or adverse consequences, theuser will bear the corresponding legal liability and adverse consequences.
3.2.2 Shimi Network Technology account using cellphone number binding registration, the user in the registration of cell phonenumber and / or automatic extraction of cell phone number and automaticextraction of cell phone device identification code and other information forregistration. Users are requested to register using a cell phone number thathas not yet been bound to the Shimi Network Technology account, as well as acell phone number that has not been blocked by the Shimi Network Technologyplatform in accordance with this Agreement. Shimi Network Technology may changethe way of account registration and binding according to the user's demand orproduct needs without prior notice to the user.
3.3AccountManagement*
3.3.1 Shimi Network Technology account ownership belongsto Shimi Network Technology, the user completes the application forregistration procedures to obtain the right to use Motion Browser account, the rightto use only belongs to the initial application for registration, prohibit thegift, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling. Shimi Network Technology hasthe right to recover the user's Motion Browser account due to operational needs.
3.3.2 Users can check, change, or delete theirpersonal information and registration information on their Motion Browser accountthrough ①Viewing and editing personal information page, and ②Account andsecurity page in the "Settings" page, but note that deleting therelevant information will also delete the user's account. However, it should benoted that the deletion of such information also deletes the user's text andimages stored in the system. The User assumes this risk.
3.3.3 The user is responsible for keeping theregistered account information and the account password safe, and the user issolely responsible for any theft of the account or password that may resultfrom the user's failure to keep it safe. Users need to register an account andpassword under the behavior of legal responsibility. The user agrees not to usein any case shall not steal the account or password of other users. In theevent that the user suspects that another person is using his account orpassword, the user agrees that he should immediately notify Shimi NetworkTechnology to change the account number and password.
3.3.4 ** the user fully understands and agrees thatthe user must be responsible for their own use of Shimi network technologyaccount under all behavior, including any content released by the user and anyresulting consequences **. Users shall make their own judgment on the contentin the Service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content,including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness orusefulness of the content. Shimi Network Technology cannot and will not beliable for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing risks.
3.3.5** Users shall comply with the terms of thisAgreement, correctly and appropriately use the Service, as a result of theuser's violation of any of the terms of this Agreement, Shimi NetworkTechnology, after notifying the user, has the right to interrupt or terminatethe provision of services to the defaulting user's Shimi account in accordancewith the Agreement. At the same time, Shimi Network Technology reserves theright to withdraw Shimi account and user name at any time. **
IV. Information Disclosure and Protection
4.1* Protection of User Information**
4.1.1 The protection of users' personal informationis a basic principle of Shimi Network Technology. Shimi Network Technology willcollect, use, store and share users' personal information in accordance withthis Agreement and the Shimi Network Technology Privacy Policy. If thisAgreement does not specify the content related to the protection of personalinformation, the content of "Shimi Network Technology Privacy Policy"shall prevail.
4.1.2 Shimi Network Technology will use varioussecurity technologies and procedures as much as possible to establish a soundmanagement system to protect users' personal information from unauthorizedaccess, use or disclosure. In the event of the foregoing circumstances or Shiminetwork technology found that there is a possibility of the foregoingcircumstances, Shimi network technology will take timely remedial measures andinform the user, the user found the existence of the foregoing circumstancesalso need to immediately contact Shimi network technology.
4.1.3 Shimi Network Technology to ensure that theuser's written consent to collect, use or disclose the user's personal identityor privacy information, such as the user's real name, ID card number, cellphone number, cell phone device identification number, IP address, chathistory. The user agrees that Shimi Network Technology does not need to obtainthe user's separate confirmation and authorization to collect, use or disclosethe user's non-personal privacy information, such as the user's operatingstatus of the service and the use of habits and other clear and objectivereflection of the Shimi Network Technology's server-side basic records ofinformation, personal privacy information outside the scope of other ordinaryinformation, as well as the user agreed to the disclosure of the above privacyinformation.
4.2**Disclosure of user information
4.2.1 Shimi Network Technology does not disclose toany third party without the user's consent to disclose the user's privateinformation. However, the following specific circumstances are excluded:
4.2.1.1 Shimi Network Technology provides theuser's personal privacy information in accordance with the provisions of lawsand regulations or the instructions of the authorized authorities;
4.2.1.2 The leakage of any personal information dueto the user informing others of his/her user password or sharing the registeredaccount and password with others, or any other leakage of personal privacyinformation not caused by Shimi Network Technology;
4.2.1.3 The user discloses his/her privateinformation to a third party on his/her own;
4.2.1.4 The user and Shimi Network Technology andthe cooperation unit reached an agreement on the use of the user's personalprivate information disclosure, Shimi Network Technology therefore to thecooperation unit to disclose the user's personal private information;
4.2.1.5 Any leakage of the user's privateinformation due to hacker attacks, computer viruses and other force majeureevents;

4.2.2 The user agrees that Shimi Network Technologycan use the user's private information in the following matters:
4.2.2.1 Shimi Network Technology sends timely andimportant notices to the User, such as software updates and changes to theterms of this Agreement;
4.2.2.2 Shimi Network Technology conducts internalaudits, data analysis and research, etc., to improve Shimi Network Technology'sproducts, services, and communications with Users;
4.2.2.3 In accordance with this Agreement, ShimiNetwork Technology manages and reviews user information and conducts processingmeasures;
4.2.2.4 Other matters stipulated by applicable lawsand regulations.
In addition to the above matters, if the user'sprior consent has not been obtained, Shimi Network Technology will not use theuser's private information for any other purpose.
4.3Note onUser Information*
4.3.1 Shimi Network Technology attaches greatimportance to the protection of personal information of minors. If the userdoes not have full capacity for civil behavior, prior consent of the user'sguardian should be obtained before using the services of Shimi NetworkTechnology.
4.3.2 As the services provided by Shimi NetworkTechnology are based on geographic location to provide proximity socialservices, the user's successful registration of Motion Browser account is deemed to confirmthat Shimi Network Technology is authorized to extract, disclose and use theuser's geographic location information. The user's geographic locationinformation will be used as one of the user's public information, and will bedisclosed by Shimi Network Technology to other users in order for Shimi NetworkTechnology to provide geographic location-based proximity social services tothe user. If you want to terminate the disclosure of your geographic locationinformation to other users, you can turn on the "no-disturb mode" atany time.
4.3.3 In order to improve the technology andservices of Shimi Network Technology and provide users with a better serviceexperience, Shimi Network Technology may collect, use or provide users'non-personal information to third parties.
4.3.4 Shimi Network Technology to ensure that theprinciple of lawfulness, legitimacy and necessity to collect, use or disclosethe user's personal information and will not collect personal information ofusers unrelated to the services provided.
V. User Rights
5.1 User'sbasic rights
5.1.1 Users may use the products and servicesprovided by Shimi Network Technology in accordance with this Agreement andother rules announced and changed from time to time by Shimi NetworkTechnology.
5.1.2 The User may voluntarily choose to bind tothe pages provided by Shimi Network Technology via cell phone, so as to get thegame activities, preferential information and other contents provided by ShimiNetwork Technology at the first time.
5.1.3 Users have the right to monitor whether ShimiNetwork Technology and Shimi Network Technology's staff provide products andservices to users in accordance with the standards announced by Shimi NetworkTechnology during the use of products and services provided by Shimi NetworkTechnology, and can also provide Shimi Network Technology with comments andsuggestions related to products and services at any time.
5.1.4 If the user does not agree with the terms ofthis Agreement, or has objections to the terms subsequently modified or updatedby Shimi Network Technology, or is dissatisfied with the products and servicesprovided by Shimi Network Technology, the user may at any time choose todiscontinue the use of Shimi Network Technology's products and services. If theuser chooses to stop using Shimi Network Technology's products and services,Shimi Network Technology will no longer assume any obligations andresponsibilities to the user.
5.2User'sAttention*
5.2.1 Shimi Network Technology reminds users thatany content uploaded and sent by users through their own accounts in acceptingMotion Browser's services should have a legitimate source, and if the relevantcontent involves the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, theyshould obtain the appropriate permission in advance. If Shimi NetworkTechnology receives relevant reports or complaints involving users, ShimiNetwork Technology may take the means required or permitted by relevant lawsand regulations to provide necessary information, including the account number,to the relevant disputing parties and relevant departments, in order to resolvedisputes and protect the legitimate rights and interests of legitimate rightsholders.
5.2.2 Users shall be solely responsible for theauthenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the informationtransmitted using the Motion Browser account or the Service, and any legalresponsibility related to the information disseminated by the users shall beborne by the users themselves, and has nothing to do with Shimi NetworkTechnology. If this causes damage to Shimi Network Technology or a third party,the user shall be compensated in accordance with the law.
5.2.3 The services provided by Shimi NetworkTechnology may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display theadvertisements provided by Shimi Network Technology and third-party suppliersand partners in the course of use. Except as expressly provided by laws andregulations, the user shall be responsible for the transaction conducted by theadvertising information, and Shimi Network Technology shall not be liable forany loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of the transactionconducted in accordance with the advertising information or the contentprovided by the aforementioned advertisers.
5.2.4 This service, like most Internet services, isaffected by differences in factors including, but not limited to, user reasons,quality of network services, social environment, etc., and may encounter risksfrom network information or other user behavior, which risks include anypsychological, physical harm or economic loss caused by anonymous orimpersonated information or behavior by others that contains any information orbehaviors that are threatening, defamatory, offensive, unlawful, misleading, ordeceptive. Any psychological or physical harm or economic loss caused by anyinformation or behavior of anonymous or impersonated persons. Users arerequested to carefully screen and strengthen the awareness of informationsecurity and user data protection, strengthen account and password protection,and promptly report or complain to Shimi Network Technology or the relevantauthorities when encountering any of the abovementioned illegal acts.

6.1.1 Users shall not utilize the Motion Browser accountor the Service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content thatis prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:

6.1.1.2 Endangering national security, leakingstate secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
6.1.1.3 Damaging the honor and interests of thestate;
6.1.2.4 involves the privacy, personal informationor data of others;
6.1.2.5 infringes on others' honor, portrait,intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legal rights;
6.1.2.6 contains other information that interfereswith the normal operation of the Service and violates the legitimate rights andinterests of other users or third parties.
6.2 ProductUse Rules
6.2.1 Any content transmitted or published by usersin or through the Service does not reflect or represent, and shall not bedeemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions or policies of ShimiNetwork Technology, for which Shimi Network Technology assumes noresponsibility.
6.2.2 Users shall not use the Shimi account or theService for the following acts:
6.2.2.1 submit, publish false information, or stealother people's avatar or information, impersonation, use of other people'snames;
6.2.2.2 Forcing or inducing other users to followor click on linked pages or share information;
6.2.2.3 Falsifying facts or concealing the truth inorder to mislead or deceive others;
6.2.2.4 Using technical means to create falseaccounts in bulk;
6.2.2.5 Using Motion Browser account or the Service toengage in any illegal or criminal activities;
6.2.2.6 Producing or distributing methods or toolsrelated to the above behaviors, or operating or distributing such methods ortools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes ornot;
6.2.2.7 Use of program vulnerabilities and errors(bugs) to disrupt the normal conduct of Shimi Network Technology's products andservices or disseminate such vulnerabilities or errors (bugs);
6.2.2.8 Directly or indirectly exploiting programbugs (including loopholes or irrationalities in the Motion Browser system,programs, settings, games, transactions, social networking, etc.), programvulnerabilities to profit or disrupt the order of the products and servicesprovided by Shimi Network Technology, or exploiting the Bugs or loopholes toachieve personal purposes;
6.2.2.9 Other violations of laws and regulations,infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of other users,interference with the normal operation of Motion Browser or acts not expresslyauthorized by Shimi Network Technology.
6.2.3 Users shall not engage in any of thefollowing behaviors unless authorized in writing by Shimi Network Technology:
6.2.3.1 Delete information about copyrights on theSoftware and its copies;
6.2.3.2 Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reversecompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software;
6.2.3.3 Use, rent, loan, copy, modify, link,reproduce, compile, publish, publish, or set up a mirror site of any contentfor which Shimi Network Technology has intellectual property rights;
6.2.3.4 To copy, modify, add, delete, connect orcreate any derivative works of the software or the data released into thememory of any terminal during the operation of the software, the interactiondata between the client and the server during the operation of the software,and the system data necessary for the operation of the software, in the formof, but not limited to, the use of plug-ins, plug-ins, or third-partytools/services that are not authorized by Shimi Network Technology to accessthe software and related systems. services to access the software and relatedsystems;

6.2.3.7 Establishing mirror sites about Motion Browser, or taking snapshots of web pages, or utilizing setup servers, etc.,to provide others with services that are identical or similar to the servicesprovided by Shimi Network Technology;
6.2.3.8 Use of the services provided by ShimiNetwork Technology in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement;
6.2.3.9 use, modify or cover up the name, trademarkor other intellectual property rights of Shimi Network Technology and itsproducts;
6.2.3.10 Other acts not expressly authorized byShimi Network Technology.
6.24 The User shall be responsible for allconsequences arising from all actions under the User's account (including butnot limited to signing any agreement online, browsing, socializing, gaming,paying, reviewing, uploading, posting, and inputting any content), and all ofthe above actions occurring through the User's account shall be deemed to bethe true expression of the User's own intent.
6.3Advertising*
6.3.1 The User understands and agrees that: inorder to provide the User with more detailed and attentive services, after theUser's prior confirmation, Shimi Network Technology or Shimi NetworkTechnology's authorized and recognized third-party merchants, game makers,advertisers, etc., may send the User advertising and promotional information,promotional offers, etc., of goods and services that may be of interest to theUser through the User's cell phone number or e-mail address that the User fillsin when registering. Commercial information, the manner and scope of which maybe changed without special notice to the User; if the User does not wish toreceive such information, the User has the right to unsubscribe through thecorresponding unsubscribe method.
6.3.2 The User understands and agrees that the Usershall carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the abovementionedadvertising information, and that the User shall be responsible for thetransactions carried out in accordance with the advertising information, exceptas expressly provided by laws and regulations.
6.4ServiceCharges*
6.4.1 Shimi Network Technology reserves the rightto charge for any fee-based services or functions subsequently. Shimi NetworkTechnology has the right to notify the user of the charges in advance in theform of an announcement, and if the user continues to use the service, the usershall pay the charges in accordance with the charges announced by Shimi NetworkTechnology.

VII. Declaration of Intellectual Property Rights

7.1.4 The above and any other intellectual propertyrights owned by Shimi Network Technology or related advertisers in accordancewith the law are protected by law, and the User shall not, and shall not permitor assist any person to, use, rent, lease, loan, distribute, display,reproduce, in any form (including, but not limited to, through any robot,spider, screenshot, or other program or device), without the prior writtenpermission of Shimi Network Technology or related advertisers, modify, link to,reproduce, compile, publish, publish, crawl, monitor, quote, or createderivative works in connection therewith.
7.2LegalLiability*
7.2.1 The User fully understands and agrees thatthe User must be responsible for all actions under his/her account, includingany content published by the User and any consequences arising therefrom. Usersshall make their own judgment on the content in the Service and bear all risksarising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance onthe correctness, completeness or usefulness of the content. Shimi NetworkTechnology cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising fromthe foregoing risks.
7.2.2 If Shimi Network Technology discovers orreceives a report or complaint from another person that a user has violated theterms of this Agreement, Shimi Network Technology has the right to delete orblock the relevant content at any time without notice, and depending on thecircumstances of the act, impose penalties on the offending account, includingbut not limited to warnings, restriction or ban on the use of some or all ofthe functions, account blocking until the cancellation of the penalty, andannouncement of the results of the process.
7.2.3 The user understands and agrees that ShimiNetwork Technology has the right to impose penalties in accordance withreasonable judgment on violations of relevant laws and regulations or theprovisions of this Agreement, to take appropriate legal action against any userin violation of the law and regulations to save the relevant information to therelevant departments to report, etc., and that the user should be solelyresponsible for all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
7.2.4 The user understands and agrees that the usershall be independently liable for any claims, demands or losses asserted by athird party resulting from or arising from the user's violation of theprovisions of this Agreement or the relevant terms of service; if Shimi NetworkTechnology suffers losses as a result of this, the user shall also becompensated for the same.
7.3ForceMajeure and Exemptions*
7.3.1 The user fully understands and agrees that inthe process of using the service, may encounter force majeure and other riskfactors, so that the service is interrupted. Force majeure refers to objectiveevents that cannot be foreseen, overcome and avoided and that have asignificant impact on one or both parties, including, but not limited to,natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms, aswell as social events such as wars, unrest, governmental actions and so on. Inthe event of the above mentioned situations, Shimi Network Technology willendeavor to cooperate with the relevant units in the first instance to maketimely repairs, but Shimi Network Technology and its cooperative units areexempted from liability for any damages caused to the user or a third party asa result of such damages to the extent permitted by law.
7.3.2 The user fully understands and agrees that,to the extent permitted by law, Shimi Network Technology shall not be liablefor any interruption or termination of the service caused by the followingevents:
7.3.2.1 Damage by computer viruses, Trojan horsesor other malicious programs, hacker attacks;
7.3.2.2 Regular inspection or maintenance, updatinghardware and software, etc;
7.3.2.3 Failure of the user's or Shimi NetworkTechnology's computer software, systems, hardware and communication lines;
7.3.2.4 Sudden failure of hardware and softwareequipment and electronic communication equipment;
7.3.2.5 Network provider line or other failures;
7.3.2.6 Improper operation by the user;
7.3.2.7 Users using the Service by means other thanthose authorized by Shimi Network Technology;
7.3.2.8 In case of emergency in accordance with theprovisions of the law or for the personal safety of the user and third parties;
7.3.2.9 Other circumstances beyond the control ofShimi Network Technology or reasonably foreseeable.
7.3.3 The user fully understands and agrees that inthe process of using the service there are from any other person, includingmisleading, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegalinformation, or infringement of the rights of others anonymous or impersonationof the information, as well as the behavior that accompanies such information,and as a result of the user or a third party, any loss, Shimi Network Technologydoes not assume any responsibility.

7.3.5 The user fully understands and agrees thatShimi Network Technology does not need to assume any responsibility for thequality defects of the following products or services provided by Shimi NetworkTechnology to the user and any losses arising from them:
7.3.5.1 Services provided by Shimi NetworkTechnology to users free of charge;
7.3.5.2 any products or services that Shimi NetworkTechnology gives away to the User.
7.3.6 Notwithstanding any contrary provisions thatmay be contained in this Agreement, the entire liability of Shimi NetworkTechnology to the User, regardless of the cause or mode of conduct, shall neverexceed the fees, if any, paid by the User to Shimi Network Technology for theuse of the services provided by Shimi Network Technology.
7.3.7 Shimi Network Technology in accordance withthe laws and regulations, this Agreement to obtain the right to deal with illegalor default content, the right does not constitute Shimi Network Technology'sobligations or commitments, Shimi Network Technology can not guarantee thetimely discovery of illegal or default behavior or the corresponding treatment.
7.3.8 To the extent permitted by applicable law,Shimi Network Technology shall not be liable under any circumstances(regardless of cause) for: (A) any indirect, intentional, punitive, incidental,exemplary, special or consequential damages; (B) loss of business or opportunity;(C) loss of revenue; (D) loss of profits; (E) loss of goodwill; (F) loss ofcontent; or (G) loss of data.
7.3.9 You should comply with relevant local lawsand regulations and respect local morals and customs in the process of usingthe services of Shimi Network Technology. If your behavior violates local lawsand regulations or morals and customs, you should be independently responsiblefor this.
Eight, service changes, interruption, termination
8.1* Changes in services and agreements**

8.2.2 You should avoid involving Shimi NetworkTechnology in political and public events by using Shimi Network Technology'sservices, otherwise Shimi Network Technology has the right to suspend orterminate its services to you.
8.2.3 If you do not accept this Agreement or itsmodifications and notify Shimi Network Technology in writing, Shimi NetworkTechnology has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of all or partof the Service to you at any time.
8.2.4 Due to force majeure factors that prevent youfrom continuing to use the Service or Shimi Network Technology can not providethe Service, either party has the right to terminate the agreement at any time.
8.2.5 The relative party may terminate thisAgreement if a party and its creditors or any other legal party file forliquidation, bankruptcy, reorganization, settlement or dissolution or if aparty's funds are unable to maintain the normal operation of the company; or ifa party is unable to indemnify any due debts; or if a party's creditors takeover a party's operations.
8.2.6 Due to your violation of this Agreement,Shimi Network Technology terminates the provision of the Service to you, if yousubsequently, directly or indirectly, or in the name of another person to registerto use the Service, Shimi Network Technology has the right to directly andunilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of the Service.
8.2.7 Other suspension or termination conditionsagreed upon in this Agreement occur or are realized, Shimi Network Technologyhas the right to suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of theService to you at any time.
IX. Others
9.1Remindersand Advice*
9.1.1 Users using the Software shall be deemed tohave read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
