Welcome to register Shimi network technologyaccountand use Shimi network technology services!
(hereinafter referred to as "ShimiNetworkTechnology") hereby especially remind you (the user) beforeregistering asa user, please carefully read the "User ServiceAgreement" (hereinafterreferred to as "the Agreement"), toensure that you fully understandthe terms of the Agreement. The Agreement.Please be sure to read and fullyunderstand the contents of the terms,especially the terms of exemption orlimitation of liability. Unless you acceptall of the terms and conditions ofthis Agreement, you are not authorized toregister, log in or use the Services.Your registration, login, use and otherbehavior will be regarded as theacceptance of this Agreement, and agree toaccept the terms of this Agreement.
I. Subject and Scope of Agreement
1.1Subjectof the Agreement*
1.1.1 This Agreement stipulates the rightsandobligations between Shimi Network Technology and the User regardingtheregistration of Shimi Network Technology user account and the use ofShimiNetwork Technology's services. The "User" refers to theindividual,merchant or other subject who registers, logs in and uses theServices. ThisAgreement may be updated by Shimi Network Technology at any time,the updatedterms of the agreement once published that replaces the originalterms of theagreement, without further notice, the user can review the latestversion ofthe terms of the agreement on the website (www.10m.com.cn), the user continuesto use the servicesprovided by the Shimi Network Technology will be deemed toaccept the revisedagreement. If the user does not accept the modified terms,please stop using theproduct.
1.1.2 If the User is under 18 years of age,pleasebe sure to read this Agreement accompanied by parents and otherlegalguardians, and should obtain the prior consent of the User's parents andotherlegal guardians before engaging in any behavior such as registering,dating,gaming, placing an order, making a payment, etc., or using any of ShimiNetworkTechnology's other services.
1.2Coverage*
1.2.1 The contents of this Agreement includethebody of the Agreement and all the various rules that have been issued or maybeissued in the future by Shimi Network Technology, and the documentsindicatedby linked text in this Agreement are part of this Agreement. Once theappeal isformally released, it is an inseparable part of this agreement, andthe usershould likewise comply with it.
1.2.2 Shimi network technology has the righttochange the content of the services provided at any time; the user willreceiveShimi network technology on the service changes in the notice.
1.2.3 This Agreement does not involvelegalrelationships and disputes between the User and other users (includingmerchants)arising from transactions on the APP of Shimi Network Technology. Thelegal relationship and disputes arising fromtransactions on the Shimi NetworkTechnology Platform. Users are responsible for paying allpaid service fees ontheShimi Network Technology Platform, and the Shimi Network Technology Platformonlyserves as a transaction location for placing orders and making payments.
2.1Contentsof the Services*
2.1.1 The specific content ofthe"Services" described in this Agreement shall be provided by ShimiNetworkTechnology in accordance with the actual situation, including, but notlimitedto, the User's use of Shimi Network Technology's user account to accepttheShimi Network Technology platform related merchants, game manufacturers, andindividualsto provide services, including the User's use of Shimi NetworkTechnology'suser account to It also includes the situation where the user usesthe useraccount to provide services to other merchants, game manufacturers,individualsor other subjects, and also includes the situation where the useruses the useraccount for instant messaging, adding friends, joining groups,followingothers, posting activities, participating in the same activities,receiving andsending red packets, receiving coupons, inviting games, interactiveentertainment,financial payments, advertisements, and so on. This Agreementwill applyregardless of which of the above situations the Services fall under.
2.2Forms ofService*
Users to use the basic services of ShimiNetworkTechnology need to download Shimi Network Technology's software ShimiNetwork Technology APP, more value-added services needto purchase the HoorooWatch smartwatch, theuser can only use these products andservices for the purpose of accessing orusing the Service.
2.3ApplicablePlatforms*
This Agreement applies to the services providedbyTenMeter Network Technology on various platforms or media such as webpages,mobile clients (including Android, IOS and any other mobile clientsthatalready exist or will be added in the future). The user knows andunderstandsthat in order to enjoy the above services, the user must providehis/her ownInternet access equipment (e.g., cell phone, tablet, personalcomputer, orother equipment) and bear the costs associated with the use of thenetwork andpayment for goods and services.
2.4Purchaseof Goods and/or Services
2.4.1 Confirmation of Order Information. Whenyoupurchase goods or services on the ShimiNetwork Technology Platform, please be sure tocarefully confirm the name,price, quantity, model, specification, size of thegoods purchased or the time,content, restrictive requirements and otherimportant matters of the services.
2.4.2 Transaction Order. Your purchasingbehaviorshould be based on real consumer demand, and you shall not engage inmaliciouspurchasing, malicious rights defense, or other behaviors that disruptthenormal trading order of the Shimi Network Technology Platform. Based on theneed to maintainthe Shimi Network Technology platform transaction order andtransaction security, TenMeterNetwork Technology has the right to take measuressuch as closing the relevanttransaction orders, restricting the use of accountfunctions, suspending orterminating the service when it finds out the abovesituation without priornotice to you.
2.4.3 Establishment and Entry into ForceofContract. When you place an order through the Shimi Network TechnologyPlatform, it only meansthat the system has received the order placed by you.The contract of salebetween you and the seller is established only if you paythe price; thecontract of sale between you and the seller takes effect only ifyour purchaseis successful.
2.4.4 Product Information. Unless otherwiseexpresslystated, the information related to the goods/services sold on the Shimi Network Technology Platform is created and uploaded bythe Merchants themselves, andShimi Network Technology binds the Merchants toprovide accurate, complete,reliable, valid, and free of errors and misleadingdescriptions of the goods asmuch as possible by signing cooperation agreementswith the Merchants andpublishing the rules of the platform. However, you fullyunderstand that thereis a huge amount of information on the Shimi NetworkTechnology platform, and because of thelimitations of Internet technology andhuman resources, Shimi Network Technologycannot guarantee that the informationof all goods on the platform is accurate,complete, reliable, valid, free oferrors and misleading. Except for theobvious fault of Shimi Network Technology,Shimi Network Technology shall notbe responsible for any disputes caused bycommodity information.
2.4.5 Handling of abnormal orders. Shimireservesthe right to limit the total number of individual products sold, tolimit thenumber of products purchased by a single order and the number ofsimilar productspurchased by the same IP address, as well as to take measuressuch asmonitoring and restricting abnormal orders and abnormal users. If ShimiNetworkTechnology discovers that the orders placed by you through Shimi NetworkTechnology Platformare in violation of laws and regulations or the agreement,Shimi NetworkTechnology has the right to take measures such as closing therelevant orders,restricting the use of the account, suspending or terminatingthe service,etc., without prior notice to you.
2.4.6 Handling of Violations. If you use the Shimi Network Technology platform in violation of nationallaws and regulations, thisAgreement, infringement of the interests of others,the interests of ShimiNetwork Technology or the interests of the publicinterest, and seriousviolations of social morality, Shimi Network Technologyhas the right to takemeasures such as blocking the relevant information,suspension or terminationof the provision of services and other processingmeasures.
2.4.7 Legal Liability. You understand and agreethatyou are legally responsible for any third party claims arising fromyourviolation of this Agreement or the rules of Shimi Network Technology; ifShimiNetwork suffers any loss as a result, you shall also be compensated forit.
2.5Fee-basedServices*
2.5.1Shimi Network Technology platform providesvalue-addedservices, including but not limited to emoticon services, gift services,announcementspeeches and member services, the prices of such value-addedservices are all inmeter coins and purchased by using meter coins, and thespecific pricinginformation will be determined by Shimi Network Technology atits solediscretion and displayed on the relevant service page.
2.5.2 The conversion ratio of MiBoins and RMBisdifferent according to the different channels of purchase by the user, andthespecific conversion ratio is subject to the display on the service page oftherelevant channels of MiBoin purchase by the user. Shimi NetworkTechnologyreserves the right to change the above exchange ratio at any timeaccording tothe operation situation and will display it on the service page ofthe channelrelated to the user's purchase of MiCoins.
2.5.3 If the user has opened a MiCoin accountbydefault, he/she can purchase and consume MiCoins. Users can check thebalanceof MiCoins, purchase records and consumption records on the settingpage.Information related to MiCoins will not be treated as public information.
2.5.4 Users can top up their MiMoneyaccountsthrough Alipay or other top-up channels provided by the Shimi NetworkTechnology platform.After purchasing the relevant fee-based services with MiBucks, users may giftthe relevant fee-based services to other users.
2.5.5 Upon confirmation by the User, once theMiCoins are successfully recharged, they cannot be exchanged for RMB orothercurrencies or transferred to others under any circumstances, exceptasexpressly provided by laws and regulations. Except as expressly providedbylaws and regulations, Shimi Network Technology will not refund theMiCoinsafter the account has been recharged. Shimi Network Technology will givetheuser a clear reminder before use, only if the user confirms that he/sheagreesto pay the fees in accordance with the aforementioned payment methodsandcompletes the payment behavior, the user will be able to use the paidservices.The completion of the payment behavior is subject to the bank orthird-partypayment platform to generate "payment has beencompleted"confirmation notice.
2.5.6 Mi Coins can only be used to purchasevariousvalue-added services on the Shimi Network Technology platform,and under no circumstancesshall Mi Coins be traded with third parties otherthan Shimi NetworkTechnology, or traded on third-party platforms other than theShimi Network Technologyplatform (e.g., Taobao); ShimiNetwork Technology shall not be responsible forany damages incurred by the useror third parties in the event of a violationof the foregoing agreement, and IfShimi Network Technology has reason tosuspect that the user's MiCoin account oruse of cheating or abnormalconditions, Shimi Network Technology will refuse toallow the user to useMiCoin to make payments until the relevant blockingmeasures are taken inaccordance with this Agreement.
2.5.7 Upon confirmation by the User, exceptasexpressly provided by laws and regulations or as otherwise agreed inthisAgreement, any fee-based services purchased by the User cannot bereturned(i.e., refunded for MiCoins or legal tender) or exchanged for otherservicesfor any reason.
2.6Deposit*
2.6.1 The Promoter may set a deposit forlaunchinga same-point activity. The deposit is mainly used for the purposeofguaranteeing that the activity will be carried out properly as scheduled,andthe Shimi NetworkTechnology Platformdoes not charge any fees.
2.6.2 Participants who have successfullyregisteredfor the activity will not be withdrawn by default, and the depositwill bereturned in the same way within 1-3 working days after signing in afternormalparticipation in the activity. If the user withdraws early or failstoparticipate in the activity and sign in as agreed, the activity promoterhasthe right to file a complaint against the user, and the user's deposit willnotbe refunded and will be divided equally among other participants whohavesuccessfully participated in the activity within 1-3 working days.
2.6.3 If the user does not sign insuccessfullyafter participating in the activity as expected, he/she can contacttheactivity initiator within 24 hours, and the initiator determines that theuseris present and does not file a complaint, and the system will refundthedeposit within 1-3 working days.
2.6.4 The user fully understands and agreesthatonce the deposit is paid to complete the enrollment, the user is deemedtounderstand and agree with the rules, and if he/she voluntarily withdrawsfromthe activity or fails to participate in the activity as agreed, theactivityinitiator has the right to file a complaint against the user and thedepositwill not be refunded. The User may not request the Platform to returnthedeposit.
2.6.5 The user fully understands and agreesthatany force majeure factors such as war, natural disasters, governmentactions,Internet system failure, Internet communication provider failure orthird partyreasons that cause the user can not normally participate in theactivity andsign in, the user must take the initiative to contact the activitypromoterwithin 24 hours after the start of the activity and negotiate, theactivitypromoter will not complain, the deposit will be returned within 1-3workingdays. The deposit will be returned within 1-3 working days. If the usermissesthe negotiation time for the deposit for personal reasons or thenegotiationwith the promoter is unsuccessful, the responsibility will be borneby theuser.
3.1AccountRegistration*
3.1.1 Users are required to register aShimiaccount on the Platform before using the Service. Shimi account using acellphone number binding registration, please use the user has not been tied totheShimi account cell phone number, as well as has not been Shiminetworktechnology in accordance with the Agreement blocked cell phone numbertoregister Shimi account. Shimi Network Technology may change the way ofaccountregistration and binding according to the user's demand or productneedswithout prior notice to the user.
3.1.2 When the user registers and uses theservice,Shimi Network Technology needs to collect personal information thatcanidentify the user so that Shimi Network Technology can contact the userwhennecessary or provide the user with a better experience. Theinformationcollected by Shimi Network Technology includes, but is not limitedto, theuser's avatar, name, gender, age, astrological sign, hometown, date ofbirth, identitycard number, address, school, company, industry, hobbies andinterests,frequented places, personal description, Shimi Network Technologyagrees thatthe use of this information will be subject to the following fourthpoint"protection of personal information about the user The use ofsuchinformation will be subject to the constraints of the following point4"Protection of User's Personal Information".
3.1.3 "Shimi Network Technology" is a proximity socialproductbased on geographic location, the user should authorize Shimi NetworkTechnologyto disclose and use his/her geographic location information in ordertosuccessfully register for a "Shimi Network Technology"account when registering.Therefore, by completing the registration, the useragrees to the extraction,disclosure and use of the user's geographic locationinformation by ShimiNetwork Technology. If the user needs to terminate thedisclosure of his/hergeographic location information to other users, he/she canturn on the "NoDisturbance Mode" by himself/herself at any time.
3.1.4 Due to national laws andregulations,regulatory requirements and specific types of services (such asfinancialservices, etc.), the user may need to fill in the registration or useof suchservices in a particular link of real identity information, and need topassthe relevant verification process before you can use the service, such astheuser to fill in the identity of the information is incomplete, untrue, ordidnot pass the validation, the user will lead to not be able to use theservice,damage to their own, interests of others or other adverse consequences,suchconsequences will be borne by the user.
3.2RegistrationInstructions*
3.2.1 Users should follow the principle ofgoodfaith, lawful and good faith, to Shimi network technology to submitrelevantregistration information, the relevant registration information shouldcomplywith the laws and regulations, the socialist system, the interests ofthestate, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order andmorals,the principle of truthfulness of the information should not be submittedto anyillegal or undesirable information, the relevant information, if anychanges,the user should be updated in a timely manner. If the registrationinformationprovided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate or not updatedin a timelymanner, thus leading to relevant legal liability or adverse consequences,theuser will bear the corresponding legal liability and adverse consequences.
3.2.2 Shimi Network Technology account usingcellphone number binding registration, the user in the registration of cellphonenumber and / or automatic extraction of cell phone number andautomaticextraction of cell phone device identification code and otherinformation forregistration. Users are requested to register using a cell phonenumber thathas not yet been bound to the Shimi Network Technology account, aswell as acell phone number that has not been blocked by the Shimi NetworkTechnologyplatform in accordance with this Agreement. Shimi Network Technologymay changethe way of account registration and binding according to the user'sdemand orproduct needs without prior notice to the user.
3.3AccountManagement*
3.3.1 Shimi Network Technology accountownership belongsto Shimi Network Technology, the user completes theapplication forregistration procedures to obtain the right to use Shimi Network Technology account, the rightto use onlybelongs to the initial application for registration, prohibit thegift,borrowing, renting, transferring or selling. Shimi Network Technology hastheright to recover the user's Shimi NetworkTechnology accountdue to operational needs.
3.3.2 Users can check, change, or deletetheirpersonal information and registration information on their Shimi Network Technology accountthrough ①Viewing andediting personal information page, and ②Account andsecurity page in the"Settings" page, but note that deleting therelevant information willalso delete the user's account. However, it should benoted that the deletion ofsuch information also deletes the user's text andimages stored in the system.The User assumes this risk.
3.3.3 The user is responsible for keepingtheregistered account information and the account password safe, and the userissolely responsible for any theft of the account or password that mayresultfrom the user's failure to keep it safe. Users need to register anaccount andpassword under the behavior of legal responsibility. The user agreesnot to usein any case shall not steal the account or password of other users.In theevent that the user suspects that another person is using his accountorpassword, the user agrees that he should immediately notify ShimiNetworkTechnology to change the account number and password.
3.3.4 ** the user fully understands and agreesthatthe user must be responsible for their own use of Shimi networktechnologyaccount under all behavior, including any content released by theuser and anyresulting consequences **. Users shall make their own judgment onthe contentin the Service and bear all risks arising from the use of thecontent,including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completenessorusefulness of the content. Shimi Network Technology cannot and will notbeliable for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing risks.
3.3.5** Users shall comply with the terms ofthisAgreement, correctly and appropriately use the Service, as a result of theuser'sviolation of any of the terms of this Agreement, Shimi NetworkTechnology, afternotifying the user, has the right to interrupt or terminatethe provision ofservices to the defaulting user's Shimi account in accordancewith theAgreement. At the same time, Shimi Network Technology reserves theright towithdraw Shimi account and user name at any time. **
IV. Information Disclosure and Protection
4.1** Protection of User Information***
4.1.1 The protection of users' personalinformationis a basic principle of Shimi Network Technology. Shimi NetworkTechnology willcollect, use, store and share users' personal information inaccordance withthis Agreement and the Shimi Network Technology Privacy Policy.If thisAgreement does not specify the content related to the protection ofpersonalinformation, the content of "Shimi Network Technology PrivacyPolicy"shall prevail.
4.1.2 Shimi Network Technology will usevarioussecurity technologies and procedures as much as possible to establish asoundmanagement system to protect users' personal information fromunauthorizedaccess, use or disclosure. In the event of the foregoingcircumstances or Shiminetwork technology found that there is a possibility ofthe foregoingcircumstances, Shimi network technology will take timely remedialmeasures andinform the user, the user found the existence of the foregoingcircumstancesalso need to immediately contact Shimi network technology.
4.1.3 Shimi Network Technology to ensure thattheuser's written consent to collect, use or disclose the user's personalidentityor privacy information, such as the user's real name, ID card number,cellphone number, cell phone device identification number, IP address,chathistory. The user agrees that Shimi Network Technology does not need toobtainthe user's separate confirmation and authorization to collect, use ordisclosethe user's non-personal privacy information, such as the user'soperatingstatus of the service and the use of habits and other clear andobjectivereflection of the Shimi Network Technology's server-side basic recordsofinformation, personal privacy information outside the scope of otherordinaryinformation, as well as the user agreed to the disclosure of the aboveprivacyinformation.
4.2**Disclosure of user information
4.2.1 Shimi Network Technology does notdisclose toany third party without the user's consent to disclose the user'sprivateinformation. However, the following specific circumstances are excluded:
4.2.1.1 Shimi Network Technology providestheuser's personal privacy information in accordance with the provisions oflawsand regulations or the instructions of the authorized authorities;
4.2.1.2 The leakage of any personal informationdueto the user informing others of his/her user password or sharing theregisteredaccount and password with others, or any other leakage of personalprivacyinformation not caused by Shimi Network Technology;
4.2.1.3 The user discloses his/herprivateinformation to a third party on his/her own;
4.2.1.4 The user and Shimi Network Technologyandthe cooperation unit reached an agreement on the use of the user'spersonalprivate information disclosure, Shimi Network Technology therefore tothecooperation unit to disclose the user's personal private information;
4.2.1.5 Any leakage of the user's privateinformationdue to hacker attacks, computer viruses and other force majeureevents;
4.2.1.6 the user's personal information hasbeenprocessed to identify specific individuals and can not be recovered.
4.2.2 The user agrees that Shimi NetworkTechnologycan use the user's private information in the following matters:
4.2.2.1 Shimi Network Technology sends timelyandimportant notices to the User, such as software updates and changes totheterms of this Agreement;
4.2.2.2 Shimi Network Technology conductsinternalaudits, data analysis and research, etc., to improve Shimi NetworkTechnology'sproducts, services, and communications with Users;
4.2.2.3 In accordance with this Agreement,ShimiNetwork Technology manages and reviews user information and conductsprocessingmeasures;
4.2.2.4 Other matters stipulated by applicablelawsand regulations.
In addition to the above matters, if theuser'sprior consent has not been obtained, Shimi Network Technology will notuse theuser's private information for any other purpose.
4.3Note onUser Information*
4.3.1 Shimi Network Technology attachesgreatimportance to the protection of personal information of minors. If theuserdoes not have full capacity for civil behavior, prior consent of theuser'sguardian should be obtained before using the services of ShimiNetworkTechnology.
4.3.2 As the services provided by ShimiNetworkTechnology are based on geographic location to provide proximitysocialservices, the user's successful registration of Shimi Network Technology account is deemed to confirmthatShimi Network Technology is authorized to extract, disclose and use theuser'sgeographic location information. The user's geographic locationinformation willbe used as one of the user's public information, and will bedisclosed by ShimiNetwork Technology to other users in order for Shimi NetworkTechnology toprovide geographic location-based proximity social services tothe user. If youwant to terminate the disclosure of your geographic locationinformation toother users, you can turn on the "no-disturb mode" atany time.
4.3.3 In order to improve the technologyandservices of Shimi Network Technology and provide users with a betterserviceexperience, Shimi Network Technology may collect, use or provideusers'non-personal information to third parties.
4.3.4 Shimi Network Technology to ensure thattheprinciple of lawfulness, legitimacy and necessity to collect, use or disclosetheuser's personal information and will not collect personal information ofusersunrelated to the services provided.
V. User Rights
5.1 User'sbasic rights
5.1.1 Users may use the products andservicesprovided by Shimi Network Technology in accordance with this Agreementandother rules announced and changed from time to time by ShimiNetworkTechnology.
5.1.2 The User may voluntarily choose to bindtothe pages provided by Shimi Network Technology via cell phone, so as to getthegame activities, preferential information and other contents provided byShimiNetwork Technology at the first time.
5.1.3 Users have the right to monitor whetherShimiNetwork Technology and Shimi Network Technology's staff provide productsandservices to users in accordance with the standards announced by ShimiNetworkTechnology during the use of products and services provided by ShimiNetworkTechnology, and can also provide Shimi Network Technology with commentsandsuggestions related to products and services at any time.
5.1.4 If the user does not agree with the termsofthis Agreement, or has objections to the terms subsequently modified orupdatedby Shimi Network Technology, or is dissatisfied with the products andservicesprovided by Shimi Network Technology, the user may at any time choosetodiscontinue the use of Shimi Network Technology's products and services. Iftheuser chooses to stop using Shimi Network Technology's products andservices,Shimi Network Technology will no longer assume any obligationsandresponsibilities to the user.
5.2User'sAttention*
5.2.1 Shimi Network Technology reminds usersthatany content uploaded and sent by users through their own accounts inacceptingShimi NetworkTechnology's servicesshould have a legitimate source, and if the relevantcontent involves thelegitimate rights and interests of any third party, theyshould obtain theappropriate permission in advance. If Shimi NetworkTechnology receives relevantreports or complaints involving users, ShimiNetwork Technology may take themeans required or permitted by relevant lawsand regulations to providenecessary information, including the account number,to the relevant disputingparties and relevant departments, in order to resolvedisputes and protect thelegitimate rights and interests of legitimate rightsholders.
5.2.2 Users shall be solely responsible fortheauthenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of theinformationtransmitted using the Shimi Network Technology account orthe Service, and any legalresponsibility related to the informationdisseminated by the users shall beborne by the users themselves, and hasnothing to do with Shimi NetworkTechnology. If this causes damage to ShimiNetwork Technology or a third party,the user shall be compensated in accordancewith the law.
5.2.3 The services provided by ShimiNetworkTechnology may include advertisements, and the user agrees to displaytheadvertisements provided by Shimi Network Technology and third-partysuppliersand partners in the course of use. Except as expressly provided bylaws andregulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactionconducted by theadvertising information, and Shimi Network Technology shall notbe liable forany loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of thetransactionconducted in accordance with the advertising information or thecontentprovided by the aforementioned advertisers.

6.2.2.6 Producing or distributing methods ortoolsrelated to the above behaviors, or operating or distributing such methodsortools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposesornot;
6.2.2.7 Use of program vulnerabilities anderrors(bugs) to disrupt the normal conduct of Shimi Network Technology'sproducts andservices or disseminate such vulnerabilities or errors (bugs);
6.2.2.8 Directly or indirectly exploitingprogrambugs (including loopholes or irrationalities in the Shimi Network Technology platform system,programs,settings, games, transactions, social networking, etc.), programvulnerabilitiesto profit or disrupt the order of the products and servicesprovided by ShimiNetwork Technology, or exploiting the Bugs or loopholes toachieve personalpurposes;
6.2.2.9 Other violations of laws andregulations,infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of otherusers,interference with the normal operation of Shimi Network Technology or acts not expresslyauthorized byShimi Network Technology.
6.2.3 Users shall not engage in any ofthefollowing behaviors unless authorized in writing by Shimi NetworkTechnology:
6.2.3.1 Delete information about copyrights ontheSoftware and its copies;
6.2.3.2 Reverse engineer, reverse assemble,reversecompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of theSoftware;
6.2.3.3 Use, rent, loan, copy, modify,link,reproduce, compile, publish, publish, or set up a mirror site of anycontentfor which Shimi Network Technology has intellectual property rights;

6.2.3.8 Use of the services provided byShimiNetwork Technology in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement;
6.2.3.9 use, modify or cover up the name,trademarkor other intellectual property rights of Shimi Network Technology anditsproducts;
6.2.3.10 Other acts not expressly authorizedbyShimi Network Technology.
6.24 The User shall be responsible forallconsequences arising from all actions under the User's account (includingbutnot limited to signing any agreement online, browsing, socializing,gaming,paying, reviewing, uploading, posting, and inputting any content), andall ofthe above actions occurring through the User's account shall be deemed tobethe true expression of the User's own intent.
6.3Advertising*
6.3.1 The User understands and agrees that:inorder to provide the User with more detailed and attentive services, aftertheUser's prior confirmation, Shimi Network Technology or ShimiNetworkTechnology's authorized and recognized third-party merchants, gamemakers,advertisers, etc., may send the User advertising and promotionalinformation,promotional offers, etc., of goods and services that may be ofinterest to theUser through the User's cell phone number or e-mail address thatthe User fillsin when registering. 6.4ServiceCharges*

7.1.4 The above and any other intellectualpropertyrights owned by Shimi Network Technology or related advertisers inaccordancewith the law are protected by law, and the User shall not, and shallnot permitor assist any person to, use, rent, lease, loan, distribute,display,reproduce, in any form (including, but not limited to, through anyrobot,spider, screenshot, or other program or device), without the priorwrittenpermission of Shimi Network Technology or related advertisers, modify,link to,reproduce, compile, publish, publish, crawl, monitor, quote, orcreatederivative works in connection therewith.
7.2LegalLiability*
7.2.1 The User fully understands and agreesthatthe User must be responsible for all actions under his/her account,includingany content published by the User and any consequences arisingtherefrom. 7.2.4 The user understands and agrees that theusershall be independently liable for any claims, demands or losses asserted byathird party resulting from or arising from the user's violation oftheprovisions of this Agreement or the relevant terms of service; if ShimiNetworkTechnology suffers losses as a result of this, the user shall alsobecompensated for the same.
7.3ForceMajeure and Exemptions*
7.3.1 The user fully understands and agreesthat inthe process of using the service, may encounter force majeure and otherriskfactors, so that the service is interrupted. Force majeure refers toobjectiveevents that cannot be foreseen, overcome and avoided and that haveasignificant impact on one or both parties, including, but not limitedto,natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms,aswell as social events such as wars, unrest, governmental actions and so on.Inthe event of the above mentioned situations, Shimi Network Technologywillendeavor to cooperate with the relevant units in the first instance tomaketimely repairs, but Shimi Network Technology and its cooperative unitsareexempted from liability for any damages caused to the user or a third partyasa result of such damages to the extent permitted by law.
7.3.2 The user fully understands and agreesthat,to the extent permitted by law, Shimi Network Technology shall not beliablefor any interruption or termination of the service caused by thefollowingevents:
7.3.2.1 Damage by computer viruses, Trojanhorsesor other malicious programs, hacker attacks;
7.3.2.2 Regular inspection or maintenance, updatinghardwareand software, etc;
7.3.2.3 Failure of the user's or ShimiNetworkTechnology's computer software, systems, hardware and communicationlines;
7.3.2.4 Sudden failure of hardware andsoftwareequipment and electronic communication equipment;
7.3.2.5 Network provider line or otherfailures;
7.3.2.6 Improper operation by the user;
7.3.2.7 Users using the Service by means otherthanthose authorized by Shimi Network Technology;
7.3.2.8 In case of emergency in accordance withtheprovisions of the law or for the personal safety of the user and thirdparties;
7.3.2.9 Other circumstances beyond the controlofShimi Network Technology or reasonably foreseeable.

7.3.5.1 Services provided by ShimiNetworkTechnology to users free of charge;
7.3.5.2 any products or services that ShimiNetworkTechnology gives away to the User.
7.3.6 Notwithstanding any contrary provisionsthatmay be contained in this Agreement, the entire liability of ShimiNetworkTechnology to the User, regardless of the cause or mode of conduct,shall neverexceed the fees, if any, paid by the User to Shimi NetworkTechnology for theuse of the services provided by Shimi Network Technology.
7.3.7 Shimi Network Technology in accordancewiththe laws and regulations, this Agreement to obtain the right to deal withillegalor default content, the right does not constitute Shimi NetworkTechnology'sobligations or commitments, Shimi Network Technology can notguarantee thetimely discovery of illegal or default behavior or thecorresponding treatment.
7.3.8 To the extent permitted by applicablelaw,Shimi Network Technology shall not be liable under anycircumstances(regardless of cause) for: (A) any indirect, intentional,punitive, incidental,exemplary, special or consequential damages; (B) loss ofbusiness or opportunity;(C) loss of revenue; (D) loss of profits; (E) loss ofgoodwill; (F) loss ofcontent; or (G) loss of data.
7.3.9 You should comply with relevant locallawsand regulations and respect local morals and customs in the process ofusingthe services of Shimi Network Technology. If your behavior violates locallawsand regulations or morals and customs, you should be independentlyresponsiblefor this.
Eight, service changes, interruption,termination
8.1** Changes in services and agreements***

8.2.2 You should avoid involving ShimiNetworkTechnology in political and public events by using Shimi NetworkTechnology'sservices, otherwise Shimi Network Technology has the right tosuspend orterminate its services to you.
8.2.3 If you do not accept this Agreement oritsmodifications and notify Shimi Network Technology in writing, ShimiNetworkTechnology has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of all orpartof the Service to you at any time.
8.2.4 Due to force majeure factors that preventyoufrom continuing to use the Service or Shimi Network Technology can notprovidethe Service, either party has the right to terminate the agreement atany time.

IX. Others
9.1Remindersand Advice*
