Shenzhen Ten Meter Network Technology Co.,Ltd(registered address: 707, Block C, Tsinghua Purple Science Park, No. 13,LangshanRoad, Xili Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China; contactinformation:0755-86569159, hereinafter collectively referred to as "TenMeter" or"we") are very (hereinafter collectively referred toas"Shimi" or "we") attaches great importance to theprotectionof personal information and privacy of users (hereinaftercollectively referredto as "users" or "you") using ourproducts or services, andwill takeappropriate security measures in accordance with the requirements oflaws andregulations and the mature security standards in the industry. We willtakeappropriate security measures to protect your personal information inaccordancewith the requirements of laws and regulations and the mature securitystandardsin the industry. We may collect and use your personal information whenyou usethe products or services of Ten Meter. We would like to explain to youthroughthe "Privacy Policy of Ten Meter Network Technology"(hereinafterreferred to as the "Policy") the corresponding processingrules andother related matters when we collect and use your personalinformation, inorder to better protect your rights and interests.

Please read and fully understand thisPrivacyPolicy before using any of our products or services and make yourchoicesaccordingly. If you use Ten Meter products or services, it means thatyou agreewith what we have stated in this policy. Unless otherwise agreed,terms used inthis Policy have the same meanings as in the Ten Meter NetworkTechnology UserService Agreement.

This Policy applies to all products orservicesoffered by us. For certain specific products or services, we will alsohavespecific privacy policies that we will explain before providing thosespecificproducts or services to you. In the event of any inconsistency betweentherelevant specific privacy policy and this Privacy Policy, that specificprivacypolicy will apply.

Please note that this Policy does not applytoother third party products or services that you may access through ourproductsor services ("other third parties" includes, but is notlimited to,your counterparties, any third-party websites, and third-partyserviceproviders), as set forth in such third party's privacy policy or similarstatement.

I. How we collect and use personal information

We collect your personal information mainly forthepurpose of making it easier and more satisfying for you and other users touseTenMe products or services. We collect only the information necessarytorealize the functions of our products in accordance with the principlesoflawfulness, legitimacy and necessity.

(i) Helping you to become our user

When you register/log in to your App account,youneed to provide your cell phone number, verification code, and when you usetheApp services, you need to provide your cell phone number as your accountloginname, and when you log in, we also need to collect your hardware serialnumber,unique device identifier (android_id, Mac address, IMEI, IMSI) in ordertovalidate the account and complete the log in; if you refuse to provideyourcell phone number, verification code personal information, you may not beableto successfully register/login to the App account.

During the registration process, if you providethefollowing additional information to complete your profile, it will help ustoprovide you with better service and experience: including but not limited toyourreal name, real ID information, preferences, occupation, school,skills.However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect theuse ofthe basic functions of the Ten Meter products or services.

The above information provided by you will continuetoauthorize us to use it for the duration of your use of the Service. Whenyouvoluntarily cancel your account, we will make it anonymous or deleteyourpersonal information as soon as possible in accordance with therequirements ofapplicable laws and regulations.

(1) The personal information we collect and useisnecessary to provide you with the Ten Meter Services, without which we willnotbe able to provide you with the core content of the Ten Meter Services.

① When you upload and/or post informationandperform related behaviors (sending invitations, posting photos, replyingtocomments, posting events, sharing) using the Ten Meter Services, wewillcollect the information you upload, post or form, and have the right todisplayyour nickname, avatar and posted content;

② In some of the services, in order tofacilitatethe delivery of goods or services to you, you are required to provideat leastthe consignee's personal identification information, name, shippingaddress,zip code, consignee, contact phone number, payment status information.If yourefuse to provide such information, we will not be able to completetherelevant delivery services. If you are ordering goods or services forsomeoneelse through Ten Meter Products or Services, you will need to providetheaforementioned information of the actual orderer. You will need to ensurethatyou have obtained the authorization and consent of the actual ordererbeforeproviding us with such information;

(iii) In order to display order informationforyour account, we may collect order information generated by you in thecourseof your use of Ten Meters' products or services for the purpose ofdisplayingit to you and facilitating the management of your orders;

④ When you contact us, we may saveyourcommunication/call records and content or the contact information youleft,etc., in order to contact you or help you solve the problem, or recordthehandling plan and results of the related problems;

⑤ In order to confirm the status of thetransactionand provide you with after-sale and dispute resolution services, wemay collectyour transaction, payment and logistics information related to theprogress ofthe transaction through the trading partners, payment institutions,logisticscompanies, etc. that you have selected based on the transaction, orshare yourtransaction information with the above service providers;

⑥ In order to provide you with a page displaythatbetter meets your needs and to identify abnormal account status, we collectandcorrelate information about the services you use and how you usethem,including:

-Log information: When you use our productsorservices, we may automatically collect details of your use of our servicesandkeep them as relevant web logs. This includes the content of your searchquery,IP address, type of browser, telecommunication operator, networkenvironment,language used, date and time of access and records of web pages youvisit, Pushopen records, length of stay, refresh records, posting records,following,subscribing, favoriting and sharing.

-Device Information: We will receive andrecordinformation about the device you are using (including device model,operatingsystem version, device location, process and software list, uniquedeviceidentifier, hardware and software characteristics), device location(includingIP address, GPS location, and information about the WLAN accesspoint,Bluetooth, and other devices that can provide relevant information),andinformation about the location of the device (including IP address,GPSlocation, and information about the WLAN access point, Bluetooth, andotherdevices that can provide relevant information), based on thespecificpermissions that you have granted for the installation and use of thesoftwareor hardware. (including IP address, GPS location, and sensorinformation suchas WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can providesuchinformation). Since the services we provide are proximity social servicesbasedon geographic location, you confirm that by successfully registering foraTenMeter account, you authorize us to extract, disclose and use yourgeographiclocation information. If you want to stop disclosing your geographiclocationinformation to other users, you can turn on the "no-disturbmode" atany time.

Please note that device information and loginformationalone is information that cannot be used to identify a specificnatural person.If we combine such non-personal information with otherinformation for thepurpose of identifying a specific natural person or use itin combination withpersonal information, such non-personal information will beregarded aspersonal information during the period of combined use, and we willanonymizeand de-identify such personal information, unless we obtain yourauthorizationor as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

\3. Collectionand use of your personalinformation through system privileges

l Camera privilege---used for scanning QR codetoadd friends normally, connecting the watch's function, and taking photos.

l Album permission----for uploading andsendingpictures and videos within 10 meters of the hoist.

l Positioning permission----to findsurroundingusers or locate your own position, and to check the weather.

l Bluetooth permission---Search for nearbydevicesof ten meters watch or ten meters bracelet.

l Read/Write permission----for normal use oftheability to view and select pictures and videos within the ten-meter hoist,aswell as saving pictures and videos and files to the system.

l SMS permission --- The SMS alert function ofthewatch device in connection, to get the SMS verification code of theTenMeterapp.

l Phone Listening Permission--Get thephonereminder function of the connected watch device.

l Notification bar listening permission ----Getthe notification bar reminder function of the connected watch device.

l Microphone permission----for postingaudioupdates, IM sending voice messages, and game voice chat in Ten Meter Hulu.

l Read Contacts permission--Used to get thecontactname when sending incoming calls to the watch device.

\5. Yourpersonal information collected by usindirectly

We may obtain information that you authorize ustoshare from our affiliates and third-party partners. We may obtainaccountinformation (including user name, avatar, nickname) that you are authorizedtoshare from third parties and bind your third-party account with yourTenMillionaccount after you agree to this policy, so that you can log in anduse ourproducts or services directly through the third-party account. We willcollectand use your information in compliance with relevant laws andregulations andin accordance with our agreements with our affiliates orthird-party partners,provided that we are satisfied that the source of theinformation provided bythem is legitimate.

You can use the products or services providedbyour affiliated merchants, game vendors or individuals through the linkportalprovided by us through your TenMeter account, in order to facilitatetheprovision of one-stop services to you based on our affiliated accounts and tofacilitatethe unified management by you.

When you use the above services throughourproducts or services, you authorize us to receive, summarize, and analyzeyourpersonal information or transaction information from our affiliatedmerchants,game manufacturers, or individuals that we confirm to be fromlegitimatesources or that you authorize and agree to be provided to us based onactualbusiness and cooperation needs.

If you refuse to provide the above informationorrefuse to authorize, you may not be able to use the corresponding productsorservices of our affiliated merchants, game vendors or individuals, ordisplaythe relevant information, but it does not affect the use of the coreservicessuch as browsing, chatting, sending gifts and so on.

(iii) Providing you with security

In order to improve the security of your use oftheservices provided by us and our affiliated merchants, game vendors,andpartners, to protect your or other users' or the public's personal andpropertysafety from being infringed upon, to better prevent phishing websites,fraud,network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyber-attacks, cyber-intrusionandother security risks, and to more accurately identify violations of lawsandregulations or the rules of Ten Meter's relevant agreements, we may useorIntegrate your user information, transaction information, deviceinformation,relevant network logs, and information shared by our affiliatedmerchants, gamevendors, and partners who have obtained your authorization or inaccordancewith the law, to comprehensively determine the risk of your accountandtransactions, authentication, detection and prevention of securityincidents,and to take the necessary records, audits, analysis, and disposalmeasures inaccordance with the law.

(iv) Improvement of our services

In order to ensure the security of our servicesandto help us better understand the operation of our applications, we mayrecordrelevant information, such as the frequency of your use of theapplication,failure information, overall usage, performance data, and thesource of theapplication. We do not combine the information we store in ouranalyticssoftware with the personally identifiable information you provide intheApplication.

(v) Other Uses

We will ask for your prior consent to use theinformationfor purposes other than those stated in this policy, or to use theinformationcollected for a specific purpose for other purposes.

(F) Use without authorization

According to relevant laws and regulations,thecollection of your personal information in the following cases does notrequireyour authorized consent:

1、Relating to national security and national defense security;

2、Relating to public security, public health, and significantpublicinterests;

3, related to crime investigation, prosecution,trialand judgment execution, etc.;

If we stop operating the Tenm products orservices,we will promptly stop the activities of continuing to collect yourpersonalinformation, notify you of the cessation of operations in the form ofone-by-onedelivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personalinformation inour possession.

In order to ensure the normal andefficientoperation of the website and provide you with a better userexperience, we maycollect your information by placing secure cookies andrelated technologies.

Thesecookies orsimilar technologies may collect non-personally identifiableinformation aboutyou, which is used to analyze how users use the Services, tosend youadvertisements that may be of interest to you, or to evaluate the effectivenessofthe advertising services. The collection and use of such information bythesethird-party cookies or similar technologies is not governed by thisPolicy, butby their own information protection statements, and we are notresponsible forthird-party cookies or similar technologies.

III. How we share, transfer and disclosepersonalinformation

(i) Sharing

1、We will not share your personal information with any company,organizationor individual outside of Ten Meter, except for the following cases:

(1) With your explicit consent or authorizationinadvance;

(2) Based on legal circumstances: inaccordancewith the provisions of laws and regulations, litigation disputeresolutionneeds, or administrative, judicial and other authorized authoritiesinaccordance with the requirements of the law;

(3) Sharing with affiliates: In order toprovideyou with consistent services and to facilitate unified management, wemay shareyour personal information with our affiliates. However, we will onlyshare the necessarypersonal information. If we share your sensitive personalinformation or if ouraffiliates change the purpose of using your personalinformation, we will askfor your authorization again.

(4) Sharing with partners: We may sharepersonalinformation with business partners that is necessary to provideservices toyou. We will only share your personal information for lawful,legitimate,necessary, specific, and well-defined purposes, and only thepersonalinformation necessary to provide the services. Our partners are notauthorizedto use the personal information they share for purposes unrelated totheirproducts or services.

Our business partners include, but are notlimitedto, the following types:

① Authorized partners in the category ofadvertisingand analytical services. Unless we have your permission, we will notshare yourpersonally identifiable information (information that can identifyyou, such asyour real name or email address, through which you can be contactedoridentified) with partners who provide advertising and analytics services.Wewill only provide these partners with information about thereach,effectiveness, and statistics of their promotions, and will notprovidepersonally identifiable information about you.

We mayshareyour personal information with the following partners, includingtechnicalservices, payment services, financial services, infrastructureservices, etc.,solely to ensure the successful completion of the servicesprovided to you andto fulfill the purposes stated in this policy. This mayinclude your contactinformation, order information, payment information,address information, etc.,to ensure the smooth completion of the servicesprovided to you (e.g., we needto share your order number and order amount witha third-party paymentorganization to enable it to confirm your paymentinstructions and complete thepayment, etc.).

④ Third party application/game developers. Someofour applications/games are provided by third party application/gamedevelopers(collectively, "Third Party Developers") solely for thepurposesstated in this Policy. We may share some of your personal informationwith theThird Party Developers to provide better customer service and userexperience.We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate,necessary,specific, and explicit purposes, and only the personal informationnecessary toprovide the service, and the Third Party Application/Game Developeris notauthorized to use the personal information shared for any other purpose.

3, if we determine that you appear to violatelawsand regulations or serious violations of the rules of the relevantagreementsof Ten Meter, or to protect Ten Meter and its affiliates users or thepublicfrom infringement of personal and property safety, we may be inaccordance withthe laws and regulations or the rules of the relevant agreementsof Ten Meterwith your consent to disclose your personal information about you,includingthe relevant violations and the Ten Meter has been taken on yourmeasures.

(iv) Exceptions to obtaining prior authorizedconsentfor sharing, transferring, or disclosing information

In the following cases, sharing, transferring,orpublicly disclosing your personal information does not require yourpriorauthorized consent:

(1) Related to national security andnationaldefense security;

(2) Related to public safety, public health,andsignificant public interests;

(3) Related to crime investigation,prosecution,trial and judgment execution, etc;

(4) For the purpose of safeguarding thelife,property and other significant legal rights and interests of you orotherindividuals but it is difficult to obtain my consent;

(5) Other cases to safeguard public interests,suchas your credit evaluation information needs to be disclosed\shared;

(6) Personal information that you disclose tothepublic on your own;

(7) Personal information collected fromlegitimatepublicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports,governmentinformation disclosure and other channels.

In accordance with the law, sharing,transferring,publicly disclosing personal information processed byde-identification, andensuring that the recipient of the data is unable to recoverand re-identifythe subject of the personal information, we will not need toseparately notifyyou and obtain your consent for the processing of such data.

How we store and protect personal information

We store your personal information only for aslongas necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for theshortestperiod of time required by laws and regulations. If we terminate ourservicesor operations, we will promptly stop the activities of continuing tocollectyour personal information, and at the same time comply with therequirements ofrelevant laws and regulations to notify you in advance, andafter thetermination of the service or operation of your personal informationwill bedeleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulationsorregulatory authorities. We will ensure that your personal informationisadequately protected in accordance with this policy and the requirementsofnational laws and regulations.

(I) Data Security Technical Measures

\1. Inorder to protect your informationsecurity, we endeavor to adopt variousphysical, electronic and managementsecurity measures in line with industrystandards to protect your personalinformation, establish a data classificationand grading system, data securitymanagement specifications, data securitydevelopment specifications to manageand regulate the storage and use of personalinformation.

2、According to relevant laws and regulations, we will store yourpersonalinformation collected and generated in the course of operation in thePeople'sRepublic of China. If some of our services involve cross-borderbusiness and weneed to transmit the relevant personal information collected inChina tooverseas organizations, we will follow the laws and regulations andtheprovisions of the relevant regulatory authorities, explain to you thepurposeof the export of personal information and the types of personalinformationinvolved, obtain your consent, and require the overseasorganizations tomaintain the confidentiality of your personal informationobtained through thesigning of agreements, on-site verifications and othereffective measures. Wewill retain your personal information only for the periodnecessary for thepurpose of providing you with the App and related services andwithin the timelimit prescribed by laws, regulations and supervision. Inaccordance with the"Guidelines on Anti-Money Laundering andCounter-Terrorist Financing forBank Card Organizations and Fund ClearingCenters", after you havecancelled your App account, we will retain yourpersonally identifiableinformation for a period of 5 years and transactioninformation for a period of15 years in accordance with laws, regulations orsupervision. After theexpiration of the above storage period, we will deleteyour personallyidentifiable information and transaction information.

(II) Security Measures We Take to ProtectPersonalInformation

\1. Weadopt a data security management system toimprove the security of the wholesystem in multiple dimensions from the aspectsof organizational construction,system design, personnel management and producttechnology.

(2) We will take reasonable andpracticablemeasures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information as faraspossible. We will only retain your personal information for as long asnecessaryto achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless the retentionperiod needsto be extended or is permitted by law.

\3. Westrongly recommend that you do not sendpersonal information using a method ofcommunication that is not recommended byTen Meters. You can connect and sharewith each other through our services. Whenyou create communication,transaction or sharing through our services, you canindependently choose theobject of communication, transaction or sharing as athird party who can seeyour transaction content, contact information,communication information orsharing content and other related information.

4、If you find that your personal information, especially your accountorpassword, has been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we cantakeappropriate measures according to your application. Please note thattheinformation you voluntarily share or even publicly share when you useourservices may involve your or others' personal information or evenpersonalsensitive information, such as when you choose to upload picturescontainingpersonal information when posting a dynamic or in a public forum suchas agroup chat. Please consider more carefully whether to share or evenpubliclyshare relevant information when using our services.

\5. Pleaseuse complex passwords to help us keepyour account secure. We will do our bestto safeguard the security of anyinformation you send to us. At the same time,we will also report thedisposition of personal information security incidentsin accordance with therequirements of the regulatory authorities.

Personal Information - If you wish to accessoredit your nickname, avatar, personalized signature, hometown, emotionalstatus,date of birth, occupation, personality, self-description, diet,hobbies,skills, etc., you can do so by logging in to your accountthrough"My" - "Settings" - "Account andSecurity"."View or Edit Profile" to perform such operations.

Announcement Information - You can access ordeletethe history of announcements you have made by visiting the "My"pageon the Ten Mile Hulu App.

If you are unable to manage thispersonalinformation through the link above, you may contact our customerservice at anytime. We will respond to your request for access within 15business days.

You have the right to delete yourpersonalinformation, except for the exceptions provided by laws andregulations. Youmay submit a request to us to delete your personal informationin the followingcases.

You may make a request to us to deleteyourpersonal information in the following cases:

(1) If our handling of personalinformationviolates laws and regulations;

(2) If we collect or use your personalinformationwithout your explicit consent;

(3) If our handling of personal informationseriouslyviolates our agreement with you;

(4) If you no longer use our products orservices,or you want to cancel your account;

(5) if we permanently stop providing ourproductsor services to you.

After you perform the above operations, we willnotbe able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding tothewithdrawal of consent or authorization, but will not affect the processingofpersonal information previously carried out on the basis of yourauthorization.

(iii) Account Cancellation by Subjects ofPersonalInformation

You can choose to cancel your account in"My -Settings" in the Ten Meter Hulu App; or submit an applicationfor accountcancellation to us through the contact information provided on theTen Meterwebsite (http://www.10m.com.cn) or the Ten Meter Hulu App.

After you voluntarily cancel your account, wewillstop providing you with products or services and delete or anonymizeyourPersonal Information as required by applicable law.

(iv) Obtaining a copy of your personalinformation

You have the right to obtain a copy ofyourpersonal information. If you need to obtain a copy of your personalinformationcollected by us, you can call the artificial customer servicehotline0755-86569159. the artificial customer service will verify yourpersonalinformation, and after completing the confirmation of the personalinformationsubject of the last six digits of the name, telephone number and IDcard,submit a copy of your personal information to you through the onlinecustomerservice of this App. In line with relevant laws and regulations andunder thepremise of technical feasibility, we will provide you with a copy ofyourpersonal information at your request.

In principle, we do not charge you forreasonablerequests, but we will charge you a certain cost for requests that arerepeatedseveral times and exceed the reasonable limit, depending on thesituation. Wemay refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, requireexcessivetechnical means (e.g., the development of a new system or afundamental changein existing practices), pose a risk to the legal rights ofothers, or arehighly impractical.

In the following cases, we will not be abletorespond to your request as required by law or regulation:

(1) Related to national security, nationaldefensesecurity;
